PROOF OF ADDRESS:

  • Gas, electricity, telephone, bank statement, credit card statement, rental contract, mortgage statement (less than 3 mo. old)
  • Insurance certificate, salary statement, pay slip (less than 3 months old)
  • Financial Statement (eg. Pension, endowment)
  • Student resident agreement or other proof of accommodation

TRADING ADDRESS:

  • Your trading address is where your client’s, bank, agents, suppliers and anyone else can send you regular correspondence. Depending on the area of business, a trading address may need to be localized to where you live/operate from. In Switzerland, your trading address is a public information. You may decide to have a different trading address than your personal address for privacy reasons and to protect your identity. 

REGISTERED ADDRESS:

  • Companies registered in Switzerland require a registered office address by law. As the official address of the incorporated company, it’s publicly available for anyone to see and must be in Switzerland. This registered address is used by Swiss Tax Authorities and other governmental bodies to deliver legal and statutory notices. Private limited companies trading in the Switzerland must display their registered office address on their stationery website and email.
